SRAPPA’s 66th Annual Conference, will convene October 25‑28, 2017 in Charlotte.  The conference will be held at the Westin Hotel located at located at 601 South College Street in Charlotte. 

There are numerous possibilities for Business Partner participation.  Sponsorship levels range from Diamond to Bronze, which include Exhibit Hall booths and different levels of benefits and values.  In addition, many of the conference events, to include speakers, entertainment, meals, golf, and educational classrooms will be available to sponsor as well.

Exhibit Hall

With more than 16,000 square feet in the Grand Ballroom, SRAPPA 2017’s Exhibit Hall provides our business partners ample booth space.  Each booth will be 100 SF (10’ X 10’), power upon request, and includes two full conference registrations.  Double booths and larger are also available.  The Exhibit Hall will be open at 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM on Thursday and 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM on Friday.  On Thursday, a cocktail reception will be held in the Hall with our business partners at 4:00 PM.
